Technology and AI in L&D SIGThe SEWI-ATD Technology and AI in Learning & Development Special Interest Group is a collaborative group of Learning & Development leaders focused on sharing strategies and learning. The group will be focusing on a wide variety of topics in technology and AI proposed by the group. Whether you are a small team trying to drive results without headcount or a larger organization striving to improve existing complex workflows, this group is for you! The Special Interest Group is led by Colin J. Hahn, Ph.D., CPTD, SPHR. Colin J. Hahn, Ph.D., CPTD, SPHR. Colin is the Director of Organizational Learning & Development for the Centers for Independence. Colin has more than 20 years of experience in talent development. He has led programs that have generated over $2MM in annual impact and attained over 90% rates of behavioral change. He is a former President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ATD chapter and now serves as an ATD National Advisor for Chapters.
Molly Neils, SHRM-CP is the Learning & Development Manager at Modine Manufacturing Company. Neils has nearly a decade of experience in Learning & Development and Human Resources. Her mission is to help others achieve their potential and contribute to the success of the company. She is also passionate about her own Learning and Development. She has earned certifications from Association for Talent Development (ATD), SHRM, and Everything DiSC, to enhance her knowledge and skills in the field of HR talent development. |
